As soon as our team receives your returned products and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, your refund will be processed. The refund will be requested on the same credit card or debit card used to place your order.

Refund times will depend on the Credit/Debit Card company’s policies.


Cash on delivery orders can only be refunded via wire transfer to your bank account. We will request your Account Number when you request your return. As soon as we receive your returned products and confirm that all the conditions have been met (see full Return Conditions), we will send you an email confirming your accepted return and complete the wire transfer within 10 days. Refund processing timelines will depend on banking company policies and local banking procedures.
